Lifetime Transferable Warranty 

Comfort Design Incorporated, Manufacturer of “Eco Select” vinyl windows and doors, guarantees it will repair or replace, at its option, any “Eco Select” window product that is defective in materials or workmanship for the life (including parts and labor) to the original registered homeowner. All “Eco Select” products shall be free of defects or Comfort Design, at its sole discretion, shall repair, replace, or refund the original purchase price of the affected item. There are no warranties or implied warranties that extend beyond the description hereof. This guarantee is subject to the following terms and conditions: 

CONDITIONS AND TERMS OF WARRANTY: 

(1)              The Lifetime warranty only applies to the original registered homeowner at the location where the product was originally installed within the State of Washington. In the event the original purchaser sells the property in which the windows or doors are installed, the coverage provided by this warranty will be transferred to the new homeowner but limited to five (5) years from the date the registered home transfers ownership. 

(2)              Comfort Design warrants the product only and not any consequential damages. Comfort Design shall not assume liability for damage caused by vandalism, misuse, abuse or acts of nature including but not limited to fire, earthquakes, flood or any catastrophic occurrence beyond the control of the manufacturer. Warranty includes up to one (1) glass breakage replacement per 12 month period at no cost to the homeowner. See Glass Warranty for details. Eco Select Windows guarantees proper installation for the lifetime of the original owner. This installation guarantee is transferable to the new home purchaser for five (5) years. 

(3)              All products must be paid in full and in a timely manner in order to qualify under the conditions of the warranty. 

(4)              To obtain service under this guarantee, contact Eco Select Windows. All claims must be submitted, with proof of purchase and homeownership.
